What are the shipping times for your items?
We begin shipping orders within 24-72 hours. It may take 3-8 business days for items to arrive.
How to change the shipping address after ordering?
Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to change the delivery address. We advise you to contact the delivery service directly when they are in possession of your package.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
What should I do if I receive a defective product? If you receive a damaged product, please provide us with the following information via our online form:
- Reason for complaint
- Photo of damaged item, including packaging and tags
- Order number

Why is my card payment declined?
A credit card payment decline may be the result of your bank's anti-fraud systems and not our payment system. Please verify that your banking information is correct and try again. If this happens repeatedly, it is advisable to contact your bank. Your bank's automated systems, in conjunction with our payment processor, evaluate several criteria, such as account balance and card validity, to authorize the payment.
